Microneedling

160€ / 75 min

Using a sterile device with ultra-thin needles, controlled micro-channels are created in the upper layers of the skin. These micro-injuries trigger the natural production of collagen and elastin.

Package of 3 Treatments

Recommended series of treatments for optimal results. Collagen builds gradually over several months, so a series of treatments is the most effective approach.

Who it helps

  • Acne scars and uneven skin texture
  • Enlarged pores
  • First lines and loss of firmness
  • Dull skin that needs to kick-start its renewal

After your treatment

  • Avoid makeup for the first 24 hours
  • Avoid sun, sauna and intense exercise for 1 to 2 days
  • Use gentle hydration and SPF protection
  • Mild redness is normal and usually settles by the next day

What is microneedling?

Microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses small sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural healing process, leading to increased production of collagen and elastin, which helps improve skin texture and firmness.

How it works

  • A microneedling pen with very fine needles is pressed against the skin
  • The needles puncture the top layer of the skin, creating micro-channels
  • As the skin heals, it produces new collagen and elastin, key proteins that keep skin smooth and youthful
  • The micro-channels also allow deeper penetration of serums and cosmetic products for more effective results

Common uses

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scars and other scars
  • Large pores
  • Uneven skin tone or texture
  • Stretch marks
  • Hair loss (scalp microneedling can stimulate hair growth)

Benefits

  • Improves overall skin texture and firmness
  • Reduces scars and hyperpigmentation
  • Minimal recovery time (1 to 3 days of redness)
  • Safe for most skin types

Risks and side effects

  • Temporary redness, swelling or mild bleeding
  • Risk of hyperpigmentation (especially if the skin is not protected from the sun after treatment)

Recovery and results

  • Recovery: 1 to 3 days of redness (like a mild sunburn)
  • Results: begin to appear after 4 to 6 weeks, improving over several months as collagen builds
  • Maintenance: typically a series of 3 to 6 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, after which the client can book again

Good to know

How often can I repeat microneedling?

For the best result I recommend a series of treatments 4 to 6 weeks apart, so the skin has time to renew between sessions.

Does microneedling hurt?

I apply a numbing cream beforehand, so it is well tolerated. Afterwards the skin may be slightly red, similar to mild sun exposure.

When can I wear makeup again?

I recommend skipping makeup for the first 24 hours. Let the skin breathe and use only gentle hydration and SPF during that time.
