Recommended series of treatments for optimal results. Collagen builds gradually over several months, so a series of treatments is the most effective approach.
Microneedling (also called collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive skin treatment that uses small sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the body's natural healing process, leading to increased production of collagen and elastin, which helps improve skin texture and firmness.
For the best result I recommend a series of treatments 4 to 6 weeks apart, so the skin has time to renew between sessions.
I apply a numbing cream beforehand, so it is well tolerated. Afterwards the skin may be slightly red, similar to mild sun exposure.
I recommend skipping makeup for the first 24 hours. Let the skin breathe and use only gentle hydration and SPF during that time.
