What data we process
- Identification and contact details you provide when booking or enquiring (name, phone number, email).
- Details of booked treatments and your communication with us.
- Technical data about your visit (IP address, device and browser type) for anonymous traffic statistics via Pirsch, which does not use cookies.
- Technical data for marketing analytics (on-site interactions), only with your consent via cookies.
Purposes and legal basis
- Bookings and providing services, performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Communication and handling enquiries, our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Site analytics (Pirsch), our legitimate interest in understanding traffic and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Pirsch does not use cookies.
- Analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), only based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax law.

We use Pirsch for privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics. Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) are used only after your consent in the cookie bar.

Recipients and processors
Your data may be made available to service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Bookio (services.bookio.com), the reservation system used for online bookings.
- Vercel, web hosting and content delivery.
- Pirsch Analytics, anonymous, cookieless traffic analytics.
- Google and Meta, analytics and marketing only within the scope of your cookie consent.
Some of these providers (notably Google and Meta) may process data outside the EU/EEA, for example in the USA. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose, or as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw any consent at any time. You can exercise these rights using the contacts above.
